Why UHaul Sucks

We reserved a truck online to be picked up in Galesburg. We had to call them 3 times before they recognized our reservation. Then they told us yesterday we had to drive to Davenport between 9 and 11am to pick up the truck today. One of my roommates parents offered to drive me to pick up the truck, luckily. Otherwise I don't know what we would have done.
UHaul Guy: Are you picking up this truck?
Me: I think so?
UHaul Guy: It's a transfer?
Me: No, I don't think so. It's a truck for Dickinson
UHaul Guy: I don't think I have a record of that. Let me check.
...
UHaul Guy: They have a truck for you in Bettendorf.
Mike's Dad: How far away is that?
UHaul Guy: Oh wait. That's weird. They want you to pick the truck up in Des Moines.
Mike's Dad: Des Moines?
UHaul Guy: Hold on.
...
UHaul Guy (on the phone): ...Reservation for Dickinson...Bettendorf...Des Moines...They can pick it up in Peoria? Ok. (Hangs up). They have a truck in Des Moines and Peoria. You know, I have a truck out there. Let me see if you can take it.
So UHaul initially told us they would drive the truck to Galesburg. Then they told us we'd have to go pick it up in Davenport. Then Bettendorf (about 10 minutes away from Davenport). Then Des Moines (another 2.5 hours from Davenport). Then Peoria (an hour and a half back in the direction we came from). And the whole time they had a truck IN Davenport.
